Ah the arancini. Store bought frozen rice balls stuffed with mushroom and parmesan sauce. A delicious treat that air fries fairly quickly.

Rice balls, but not any sort of rice balls. These truffle flavored mushroom and cheese rice arancini balls were a real favorite with the family.

Store bought always works wonderfully in a pinch. Especially if you serve them as a side with a home made meal. Great table stuffer for your table.

I need to make a home-made arancini recipe next. But in the meantime these store bought ones were fantastic! From Woolies. They had 2 flavors to choose from. Goats Cheese & Caramelized Onion or Truffle. Both are great.
