Air Fryer Frozen Sausage Rolls
The sausage roll. An Aussie staple at parties, backyard gatherings, and open-the-fridge-theres-nothing-to-eat dilemmas.
They're good. A must have to store in your freezer. Done in 20 min.
Picked these up from Woolworths. The "Patties" Sausage Rolls. Now with no added plastic! So they're just loose in the cardboard box.
These ones are full size. You can cut them down into bite size pieces by following the markings on them. But they're rock solid right now. So you'll want to slice them once they've finished cooking.
Just means you'll need a large air fryer basket to get the rolls in. I was able to squeeze 3 into my Philip's Compact Air Fryer basket.
Air fry at 180°C / 350°F for 10 min. Then flip them over.
Then return the basket and fry for another 10 min until golden brown.
Slice and serve
Eat them whole! Or slice them into third for bite size pieces.
They're still piping hot, so give them a minute to cool down.
Serve them with the tomato sauce.
These turned out great. Definitely not the healthiest option out there. But a great staple to have tucked away in your freezer. Get it in ya!
